Acqua Private Residences will have six (6) towers with uninterrupted views of the Rockwell-Makati skyline across the bridge, the vibrant city skyline to the North, and the tranquil waters down below. Acqua`s buildings are named after some of the most beautiful waterfalls in the world. The Sutherland Tower, inspired by New Zealand`s famous falls, Iguazu Tower of Brazil, Detifoss Tower of Iceland, Victoria Tower of Zambia, Yosemite Tower taking its name from the famous North American national park and its waterfalls. And the first building set to rise at Acqua the Niagara Tower, the North America`s most renowned and one of the most photographed waterfalls in the world.

The Niagara Tower ascends 42 storeys high with around 400 units facing the Makati-Rockwell, Manila, and Mandaluyong skylines. Niagara Tower offers 1-Bedroom, 2-Bedroom and 3-Bedroom configurations. Unit configurations are carefully planned to suit your needs for ample living and breathing space. There are only 14 units to a floor with South units facing Rockwell-Makati and North units facing Manila/Mandaluyong.

A typical floor houses six (6) 2-bedroom units and eight (8) 1-bedroom units. Acqua offers a 4-year 0% interest payment with various payment term options. High discounts are also offered depending on your preferred payment term. And in order to serve a wider number of potential buyers, we are partnering with PAG-IBIG Fund to offer a longer paying period. Acqua is now offering a 40/60 Payment Option; meaning you ONLY need to pay 40% of the Total Contract Price for the first 4 years with 0% Down Payment and 0% Interest and the remaining 60% Balance can be paid thru PAG-IBIG Loan or Bank Loan upon turnover of unit. That`s approximately P22,000 per month for the first 4 years (or US$500 or GBP310) and P21,350.00 Monthly Amortization (or US$485 or GBP314) for the next 10 years thru PAG-IBIG Loan.
